Smart film is the perfect retrofit solution for glass that is already installed. Simply peel and stick privacy film onto your glass to turn it into smart glass.

Switchable film works beautifully in any setting and is ideal for hard to reach windows and irregular window shapes where curtains and blinds just don't do the trick.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION PROCESS

Clean the glass surface

Spray the glass with glass cleaner and wipe with an absorbent cloth.

Peel and stick

Gradually peel away the protective liner and allow the film to adhere to the glass surface under its own pressure. Use a squeegee to ensure complete and even contact.

Connect to power

Once the smart film is installed, connect the electrodes to the transformer. You did it! (See details about electrical connections below)

What is difference between smart glass, switchable glass, dimming glass and electric glass?

There is no difference! These are all the same product that switches from transparent to opaque with a power supply. Dimmable glass is smart glass that has a dimmable controller wired to it, allowing it to slowly transform from transparent to opaque with the dimmer.

What is the price of smart film per sqft?

The price of switchable film varies with each project because it is custom made. For budgeting purposes you can use a range of $25 to $40 per square foot.

I want to place an order but how do I measure my glass correctly?

Measure the height and length of the visible glass glass area, allowing for a 1/8” (3.175 mm) installation tolerance.
